Jacquelyn Villaderey

Even though I spent the last 15 years in New Mexico, I was born and raised in Troy, NY. I graduated from HVCC and SUNY Plattsburgh in Medical Technology and received a Master’s Degree in Education. Over the years, I have worked as a medical laboratory technician, a medical account executive and an 8th grade Science teacher, but I have always had an interest in real estate. So, after 25 years in sales, I decided to take the leap and become an agent in New Mexico just before relocating back to the Capital Region in 2018. I am overjoyed to be back home with my family: it’s been so good for my soul. The Capital District is such a great place to live, with so many things to do. Not to mention, my husband and I actually like the cold and snow! I enjoy real estate because I love meeting new people and connecting with them through their stories. I believe building relationships is a key part of the overall experience and I find it very rewarding knowing that I can help people through significant times in their lives. My favorite quote, “If you do something you love, then you’ll never work another day in your life,” resonates strongly with me after getting into real estate. I truly love what I do and believe you will recognize that right away as we work together to accomplish your real estate goals!
