To me, real estate is personal. Not only did I grow up with a real estate agent for a mother, but my family has always owned investment properties. I can remember showing homes on the weekend with my mother and searching for new investments with my parents. Now, with over ten years of experience as a member of the New York State Bar, I have prepared numerous buyers and sellers for closings and have worked hard to create a seamless process for my clients. Only, after working behind the scenes for so long, I no longer felt that personal connection with real estate: a piece of the process felt like it was missing. That's when I discovered that I didn't just want to be there for the closing, I wanted to be there for the entire transaction: from finding the right home, to walking my clients through the entire process. I wanted to do the market analysis to protect their investments, appropriately price and market their home for sale, and get them the best price. I wanted to be there for it all.
